The tradition of wedding ring design began in the early 1900's for Lieberfarb. In 1971, though, Mark Schonwetter purchased the New Jersey based company directly from the Lieberfarb family. Since then, Mark has dramatically diversified and grown his company beyond plain wedding rings. He has added a complete line of exquisitely designed engraved wedding rings, eternity rings, and a large selection of metal types including platinum and palladium.

In the 1990's, Mark's two daughters - Ann Schonwetter Arnold and Isabella Schonwetter Fiske – joined the business. Together, this dynamic team works to continually transform Lieberfarb from a simple wedding ring company to a full service bridal company. The Schonwetter family is dedicated to one simple mission: to make Lieberfarb the first name in Bridal Rings.
As Ann says, "Isabella and I are constantly developing new designs and product collections to meet the needs and taste of our customers. When we approach a new design we ask ourselves, 'would our friends and contemporaries want to symbolize their love for each other with this ring?'"
The daughters' designs have become favorites among leading bridal magazines and has been seen in such publications as InStyle Weddings, The Knot, Martha Stewart Weddings, and Bridal Guide. Ann and Isabella are also well respected amongst their peers. In 2002, they were honored by the Women's Jewelry Association as "Manufacturer of the Year."
